Consumer Agreement
By submitting your order online to Isabel Sanchís, you agree to our Policies, Terms and Conditions. Isabel Sanchís Management reserves the right to change prices for Gowns/Dresses displayed at the www.isabelsanchis.com at any time.
Shipping & Delivery
Standard delivery times are 4 weeks, unless expressly confirmed by us.
Production timeframe
We understand that time is of the essence, and we do our best to provide accurate and realistic estimates for the production of our gowns. Our quoted time frame is based on several factors, including the complexity of the design, the availability of materials, and the workload of the designer’s production team.
Please keep in mind that this time frame is an estimate and not a guarantee. While we /designers make every effort to produce/deliver your gown within the quoted time frame, there may be unexpected delays or circumstances that can affect the production process.
Order Processing
Orders placed after 2pm on Monday-Thursday, will be processed the next day. Orders placed Friday after 2pm (along with Saturday & Sunday) will be processed on Monday or Tuesday morning. Orders ship out Monday-Friday (not on weekends). If a transaction has been flagged by our payment processor, Isabel Sanchís may request Cardholder identification. If the identification is expired or does not match the name on the Card, or if the Cardholder does not provide identification, Isabel Sanchís may decide whether to accept the order or not. Discounts should be applied prior to checkout. In case you forgot, our system is not capable of retroactively adding discounts on orders that have already been placed.
Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges occurred, the recipient should pay the required charges for the package and prices may vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.
Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Isabel Sanchís is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.
Chargeback Policy: Delays in Receiving Products
When you experience delays in receiving products from Isabel Sanchís, we will promptly inform you about the reasons and provide a new estimated delivery date. You have the choice to wait for the product, modify your order, or cancel for store credit. However, please note that initiating a chargeback for all credit card purchases without first reaching out to us may result in your account being suspended, with no further orders accepted until a resolution has been reached. We encourage you to contact us first to ensure a quicker and more efficient resolution process. We value your trust and are dedicated to enhancing your shopping experience while minimizing delays.

Return Policy
Orders are non-refundable as they are manufactured exclusively for each customer.
REFUSED or UNDELIVERABLE SHIPMENTS:
We charge a 15% restocking fee for the following reasons:
1. Shipments that are refused or considered undeliverable by UPS, FedEx, DHL, or USPS.
2. In Stock Dresses Returned
RESTOCKING FEE can be waived if opting for exchange or store credit in lieu of refund
Miscellaneous
VOID WHERE PROHIBITED: Although the information on this Web site is accessible worldwide, not all products or services discussed in this Web site are available to all persons or in all geographic locations or jurisdictions. Isabel Sanchís and the advertisers each reserve the right to limit the provision of their products, discounts or services to any person, geographic area, or jurisdiction they so desire and to limit the quantities of any products or services that they provide. Any offer for any product or service made in the materials on this Web site is void where prohibited.
GOVERNING LAW: In the event of litigation both parties agree that the Law of the State of business registration of Isabel Sanchís shall apply and both parties shall consent to the jurisdiction of said State’s courts, or in the event of diversity of citizenship, the United States District Court for the (District). Both parties expressly waive a trial by jury.
MISCELLANEOUS: The Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Isabel Sanchís with respect to this Web site. The Terms and Conditions supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written between you and Isabel Sanchís with respect to this Web site. No modification of the Terms and Conditions shall be effective unless it is authorized by Isabel Sanchís.
